12th Annual Model and Drawing Exhibit

Drawings and models are representations of the built environment, but they can also be seen as complete works in themselves, works that interact with our imagination in ways that perhaps no real building can. Can the vision they represent tell us something about the buildings we live in? Can they tell us something about the world we would like to live in? How do these representations reflect our environment and how do they differ? Can models and drawings provoke a search for meaning in our built environment?  Individuals, Firms and Students have submitted over 70 drawings, renderings and models to this year’s exhibit.  This exhibit is a feature of the Seattle Architecture Foundation.  More information.

The exhibit is located in the Foster/White Gallery at 1333 Fifth Ave in Rainier Square.  It's free, and open to the public Monday - Saturday from 10am - 2pm.
